HT encourages greater participation of women by its own example
With as much as 44% of women in its management team, Hrvatski Telekom is one of the leading Croatian, but also European telecommunications companies by the representation of women in the management structure. In this way, HT's own example encourages greater participation of women in the positions of well-paid professionals and their career development towards managerial positions.
One of the critical factors in attracting and retaining women managers, as well as women in general, especially in the dynamic telecommunications industry, is undoubtedly the balance between private and business life, where HT, as a MAMFORCE company, pays special attention and is embedded in core values of the corporate culture of Hrvatski Telekom.
