The mobile pages of HT's Customer Service offer answers to more than 500 questions on T-Mobile's and T-Com's services

Hrvatski Telekom offered its customers innovative mobile pages which will enable them to find answers to questions on T-Mobile and T-Com services. At this point of time, the pages contain answers to the 500 most frequently asked questions to HT's Customer Support, while the list is being updated and completed on a daily basis. Thanks to this new form of support, most of the information which is of interest to users of HT services will be just a few clicks away. Since this is no application, but mobile pages, the content will be made available on all smartphones – regardless of which operating system they are using (Android, iOS, Symbian, Bada, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile…).
The Mobile Handbook of the HT Customer Support Service will be a unique form of customer support on the market, offering the following content:
- Questions and Answers on T-Mobile and T-Com offers. In addition to details on tariffs and options, instructions will also be available, for example, on how customers can, by themselves, install and set up MAXadsl devices or configure and protect a wireless network (WLAN). Furthermore, customers can find details on all features offered by the iPhone and by Android OS driven smartphones, as well as numerous other pieces of useful information.
- A list of Self-service solutions and instructions which will enable the users to administer their services by themselves. For instance, the customers will learn how to
- use My T Portal to view lists of connection to MAXadsl;
- check the status of T-Com and T-Mobile bills by means of voice machines;
- use the MAXtv interface to change the MAXtv PIN for purchase of movies from the video store, video on demand content and the like;
- request technical settings for their mobile devices (Web/Internet,WAP,MMS) via SMS;
- use USSD – codes to check their Simpa account status.

For easier orientation, the instructions will provide answers not only in text, but also in pictures for visual presentation. Thanks to the intuitive menu, the requested piece of information will be found instantly, while the users of the mobile pages themselves may add to the content by offering their comments on the received answer.
