In October, T-Mobile will offer Nokia N9, the first smartphone running on MeeGo operational system jointly developed by Nokia and Intel. It is expected that N9 will cost HRK 1,698 with EXTRA total tariffs that allow customers the unlimited use of mobile Internet as a part of their monthly subscription.
The operational system MeeGo brings in a set of innovations that makes the use of Nokia N9 exceptionally simple and easy. The entire smartphone has been defined in the way that makes the mobile communication fast and efficient. The interface of Nokia N9 consists of a start screen with three very handy panels that enable the user to access the most important phone options. The first of these is an application where you can find all your installed applications; the second is where you will find all open applications and be able to work in them (several applications at the same time) and the third is an event where you will have all the messages from communication and social networking websites on one screen and be able to manage them, and its also enables direct access to contacts, news and events. Nokia N9 is completely a touch-screen device and has no keys or navigations pads. Thanks to this, the screen is as big as the entire front of the gadget, which enables the exceptional experience of surfing and browsing the Internet content.
The hardware support of Nokia N9 is packed in a unibody design. N9 sports a scratch-resistant 3.9-inch AMOLED display, 8MP Carl Zeiss camera with autofocus, dual LED flash and HD-quality video capture. Fitted with the latest in wireless technology, Near Field Communication (NFC), Nokia N9 allows you to easily share images, videos and music between devices by touching them together. The battery life lasts up to seven hours of talk time in 3G network or up to 50 hours of music. T-Mobile will offer to its customers Nokia N9 in black and with 16GB storage option.
