Hrvatski Telekom has enriched its offer for fiscalization subjects with the Mini Fiscal Cash Register service, a practical mini version of the fiscal cash register for receipt issuance. The service offers to users the easiest possible adjustment to the legal obligation of fiscalization. It is an ideal solution for all occupations faced with the obligation to introduce fiscal cash registers because Mini Fiscal Cash Register is, thanks to its size, easily portable and occupies minimum space. Besides, it is very user-friendly and there are no infrastructure requirements that have to be met for its installation.
Considering the specific needs of all categories of new fiscalization subjects, HT has offered two device/cash register versions within the service:
- Mini Portable Fiscal Cash Register – the device establishes Internet connection with the Tax Administration via mobile Internet and/or fixed Internet,
- Mini Fiscal Cash Register – the device is connected to the Internet via fixed line.
Mini Portable Fiscal Cash Register is a perfect solution for all persons liable to fiscalization whose job includes field work or work outside the office. It is the right choice for veterinarians, taxi drivers, florists or self-employed salespersons on market squares, sales booths etc. The device has a powerful battery which can function up to two days without recharging. Mini Fiscal Cash Register (functioning via fixed Internet connection) is more suitable for those who issue receipts in their premises, e.g. attorneys at law, interpreters at court, translators, hairdressers, jewelers, tax advisors, persons employed in tourism etc. Whichever solution they opt for, HT's Mini Fiscal Cash Register service will provide them with an integrated fiscalization solution – at very favorable terms, and they can use it regardless of the operator.
The device is operated very easily because it has a cash register, printer, Internet access and simple cash register software (application), i.e. everything that is necessary for successful issuance of fiscal receipts (R1, R2, cash). The command for receipt issuance is entered via keyboard, and a paper receipt is issued in a few seconds. Reports on issued receipts, entry and update of information on products, services or prices are available at any moment on a cash register or via web application which is an integral part of the service. If connection with the Tax Administration is interrupted, receipts will continue to be issued. After the connection has been restored, they will be sent automatically.
The Mini Fiscal Cash Register service can be purchased either as a standalone service or as a package, together with HT's Internet connection services. The best choice for business on the move is Mini Package which includes the Mini Portable Fiscal Cash Register services and Internet access via M2M (Machine to Machine) at the monthly price of HRK 199 (net of VAT). It should be mentioned that HT has designed the service in such a manner that all Internet traffic in mobile network towards the Tax Administration is included in the monthly fee for mobile Internet, i.e. fiscalization subjects can issue receipts at ease because the price of the service is always the same.
The Mini Fiscal Cash Register service includes the 24/7 customer and technical support. Additionally, HT offers to its customers installation and education on customer premises during delivery.
