Following the frequent questions of shareholders, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the dividend can be paid out only to a giro, current, or savings account issued to the name of the share owner.
If the registered account is not the account of the share owner, the account number can be changed in the following manners:
1.
By sending a personally signed request (letter) for the change of the account number to the postal address of SKDD or by e-mail (SKDD, Heinzelova 62a, 10 000 Zagreb, e-mail: skdd.za.investitore@skdd.hr). The request shall include a copy of the valid identification document, a copy of the account card or the contract for account opening, or a copy of the bank certificate of giro account opening (the contract or certificate must clearly specify the data on the identification of the account owner, e.g. date of birth, OIB, or JMBG). As to savings account, you need to deliver a copy of the front page of the deposit passbook, including data on the account owner.
Minors must also have their own account. The aforementioned applies to them as well, with the difference that the request concerned shall be signed by their legal representative (parent or custodian), who shall attach a copy of the minor’s birth certificate and a copy of their ID card or another identification document.
2.
Personally in the SKDD Customer Office by delivering the aforementioned documents. As to minors, the request shall be personally submitted by their legal representative (parent or custodian).
3.
On the web page www.skdd.hr by selecting the option “Upis računa” on the home page (apart from the account number and bank name, it is necessary to enter OIB of the account owner and e-mail address). This option cannot be used for the registration of the savings account.
4.
By phone at 01/4607-300.
