Hrvatski Telekom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HTRA CZ), the leading provider of telecommunications services in Croatia, announces news related to changes in the Management Board.
The Supervisory Board, with its yesterday's decision, approved the new organizational structure of the Hrvatski Telekom's Management Board. Accordingly, the function of the Chief Business Officer is abolished and transferred to the CEO's area of responsibilities. As a result, the Management Board as of today comprises out of five, instead of the previous six members.
Within the CEO's area of responsibilities, a new organization in the B2B segment is to be introduced, with two Vice Presidents reporting directly to the CEO. The new organization is to enter into force on August 1, 2020.
From August 1, Marijana Bačić will take over the position of Vice President for Corporate Customers & ICT, and Jerko Dumanić the position of Vice President for VSE/SME, Business Marketing & Channel Management.
Marijana Bačić started her professional career in 2001 in Hrvatski Telekom as an Expert in the Data and IP Services Department. She then continued her career in the Controlling and Planning Department in which she was appointed Senior specialist, before becoming a Key Account Manager for corporate customers. Marijana later advanced to the position of Director of the Corporate Sales Department, and then the whole Corporate Sales Sector.
After years of working abroad for Stonepath Group and Solomon Smith Barney in the USA and Sweden, Jerko Dumanić joined Hrvatski Telekom in 2002, and has since held several management positions within the HT Group. These included the function of a Management Board member in Iskon Intranet and HT Eronet. For the last six years, he has been the Business Marketing Director with Hrvatski Telekom.
The Management Board of Hrvatski Telekom comprises of five members, as follows: Kostas Nebis (CEO), Nataša Rapaić (COO Residential), Member of the Management Board in charge of Residential Customers, Ivan Bartulović (CHRO), Member of the Management Board in charge of Human Resources, Daniel Daub (CFO), Member of the Management Board in charge of Finance and Boris Drilo (CTIO), Member of the Management Board in charge of Technical and Information functions.
