Main activity of Hrvatski Telekom d.d. (Croatian Telecom Inc.) and other subsidiary companies is the provision of telecommunications services, design and construction of communications networks on the Croatian territory. The Group also provides fixed telephone line service (access and traffic through fixed telephone lines and additional fixed network), Internet services including IPTV, data transmission services (lease of lines, Metro-Ethernet, IP / MPLS, ATM) and operates GSM and UMTS mobile telephone networks.

Company is divided into business units, support functions and management, technical features and user experience unit.
Two business units are responsible for management and finances in their respective segments:
Residential business unit consists of marketing, direct market approach, shops, proactive sales channels, online sales, coordination, and channel management.
The business client unit includes marketing to business users, ICT solutions, corporate sales, small and medium business users, coordination, and channel management.
Entire company shares one support functions unit and the management unit.
Coherence of all business segments allows the company to operate as a whole, with various units working in synergy, bringing together different business segments, coordinating activities, providing guidance, setting standards and ensuring their implementation.
These include: support functions and CEO management, financial support and management, support functions and human resources management.
Tech units cover business services information and communication technologies, infrastructure and telecommunications services at the Company level , provide a technical platform for services and create synergy effects on the internal, the external level.
User experience unit consists of customer services, background support, complete user experience and Process Excellence. This unit coordinates and manages daily activities associated with user experience with an integrated, comprehensive perspective of the residential and business client units, as well as technical and other units.
